How do I ship to a military base?
  1. In the City Field, enter "APO" (Army Post Office), "FPO" (Air Force Post Office), "DPO" Diplomatic Post Office) or "FPO" (Fleet Post Office).
  2. In the Destination State field, select one of three state abbreviations - "AE" for recipients stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East; "AA" for recipients stationed in the Americas; and "AP" for recipients stationed in Asia or the Pacific.
  3. Enter the appropriate zip code associated with AE (ZIPs 09xxx) for Armed Forces Europe which includes Canada, Middle East, and Africa; AP (ZIPs 962xx - 966xx) for Armed Forces Pacific; AA (ZIPs 340xx) for Armed Forces (Central and South) Americas.
When will I receive my order with standard free shipping?

All orders begin processing immediately and are shipped the following business day. Standard shipping orders are delivered by the USPS. Over 95% of our shipments arrive within 2 – 6 business days.

Please allow additional time for delivery in rural areas and smaller cities, as well as Hawaii and Alaska.

Please note that orders placed on Friday will not be processed and shipped until Monday.

Why do I need to sign up with the auto-ship program?

Our primary concern is helping our customers live a healthier lifestyle. Each one of our products support a healthy daily regimen where every bottle is meant to last 30 days. Each month requires a new bottle, so we have designed the auto-ship program as a convenience to help our customers stay on their daily regimen.

On the 30th day after your initial order, you will be automatically billed and shipped your next 3 month supply with free shipping. You will receive an email confirmation for these transactions. The order will be processed for shipping the next business day.

How do I cancel my enrollment in the auto-ship program?

If you choose to cancel your subscription, or would like to discuss alternative subscription options, simply call us at 1-888-9LU-RONG (958-7664). It is not our goal to make anyone feel trapped into a long term commitment. We are confident that even if you cancel, you will be back to resume your regimen in the future.

Can I pay with PayPal?

At this time, PayPal is not supported. However, if you have a PayPal Visa or MasterCard debit card, you may use that for your transaction.

Where do I send returns?

If, for any reason, one of Lurong Living’s products fails to meet your expectations, simply call customer service at 888-9LU-RONG (958-7664) to receive return instructions.
